And specially in a country which has thousands of delicacies, spices play a very important role in bringing out the flavours and making it finger licking good. Not just India in fact, all over the world, it’s due to the magic of different kinds of spices that every other culture uses, a unique, flavour and authentic dish is made.
We use so many varieties of food in our day to day lives. From turmeric and red chilli to salt and black pepper. Taste and flavour are important. Yes. But what about the quality of spices?
