Our Danedar Cow Ghee is made with the goodness of desi cow milk and has a unique danedar texture. It is prepared by using the traditional Bilona method which takes about 4 days. This slow cooking process helps in keeping its natural nutrients and aroma alive. 

In this process, 100% organic milk is obtained from desi cows. Once it cools down the milk is boiled and converted to curd. Next, it is kept in a deep freeze for a day. Later, with the help of the churning process, raw butter and buttermilk are obtained from the curd. The separated raw butter is boiled until it converts into clear ghee, and all buttermilk particles are cooked. And finally, the ghee is filtered using a cotton cloth. When the cow ghee changes its state from liquid to semi-liquid, its particles become granular in nature which is why we call it Danedar Cow Ghee.
